System/Performance Analyst

Responsibilities 

System Performance Tester/Analyst This position performs complex (senior-level) computer systems development. This position will be responsible for analysing and performance testing to ensure high quality and reliable systems. This position will provide technical support for various aspects of performance testing during the design and development of applications as part of the development operations team. The scope will include developing and executing test plans to validate operation and performance of applications both during the development phase and throughout the lifecycle of the product. This position is responsible for creating comprehensive benchmark tests for identifying application and system performance. This position will analyse results and provide comprehensive reporting while working closely with solution architects, developers and other team to log defects for performance requirements that are not met. This position works under limited supervision, with considerable latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment.

Desired Skills and Experience –Must

  • B.Sc. in Computer Science
  • At least 5 years experience as a System/performance analyst
  • In depth knowledge of OS architecture.
  • Experience in writing Perl/ Python, Shell scripts
  • Experience with performance monitoring tools (Wireshark, iostat, netstat, …)

Enterprise System Product Manger

Responsibilities 

As the enterprise systems product manager, you will join the company product team to define some the company’s Disaster Recovery offering. You will work in a fast moving, multidisciplinary software/hardware environment.

  • Convert business/market/product high level requirements to detailed and actionable functional specifications for Architecture, R&D and QA teams. Delivering detailed and high-quality PRDs.
  • Work closely with Architecture, R&D, QA and Support teams and with UI/UX experts during the development cycle and provide business expertise & understanding to ensure functionality developed meets business/market/product requirements.
  • Act as the focal point of enterprise systems knowhow, ongoing development status and clear technological understanding at the company for support, product marketing, development and QA teams.

Desired Skills and Experience

  • 4-8 years of work experience as a product manager of Enterprise multidisciplinary software/hardware systems.
  • BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering or related field
  • Previous experience in one or more of the disciplines: Enterprise systems, Storage and Databases.

Software Engineer for Architecture team

Responsibilities 

The SW Engineer will be pivotal in laying the architecture of the Phoenix product family. The SW Engineer will be completely hands-on, and will construe prototypes and perform feasibility studies to provide a technical reference to the solution architecture. In this position the SW Engineer is interfacing the PM, the SW and QA teams and reporting to the Chief Architect.
