QA Engineer

Job description

Axxana is looking for a highly-motivated person to join our team. Test Automation Developer Team Lead

The Automation team leader will Lead test automation designs and tests for QA Processes. In addition will Lead the test automation team and serve as a professional focal point. Requirements:

  • Experience leading small test automation teams (1-3 developers).

Performance Specialist

The Performance Specialist will hold responsibility for the design, development and execution of performance and benchmark tests for all Axxana products, in depth analysis and toolset development. The designated candidate will be part of a highly professional architecture team, and will be responsible for the performance testing of all our products in synthetic and “real life” environments. These environments include elements of networking (TCP/IP), storage and `storage networking (Fiber Channel, iSCSI, InfiniBand), Databases, Virtualization, etc. The candidate will assess the Axxana solutions; suggest improvements in the design or implementation to affect the stability, performance and scalability of the Axxana solutions. In this role, the candidate will work closely with the CTO, R&D, support and product teams.Education/Experience

  • BSc. cum laude in Computer Science or Computer engineering – Must
  • MSc – Advantage
  • At least 3 years’ development experience in either of the following languages:           C, C++, Python, Java.
  • Experience with enterprise storage systems
  • Experience with SAN enterprise storage systems
  • Experience with SAN and Networking protocols
  • In depth knowledge of OS architecture.
  • Experience in writing Perl/ Python, Shell scripts
  • Experience with performance monitoring tools (Wireshark, iostat, netstat, …)
  • Experience in Linux
  • Familiar with Database technologies (Oracle, …)

C++ Software Engineer
