Open Positions:

Director of Pre Sales 

 Key responsibilities:

 • Present and demonstrate Axxana’s solution

• Provide pre- and post- sales technical support to our sales force, customers and channel partners throughout the sales process.

• Drive demand generation and pipeline building activities, supporting The Axxana Phoenix System® RP.

• Be focal point of support for Axxana's customers and prospects during the presales cycle.

• Provide onsite support and oversea product installation.

• Conduct training and workshops with business and technical users; prepare and configure demonstrations and scenarios.

• Complete RFI/RFP, identify client requirements and ensure proactive communications with customers; ensure customer satisfaction.

• Extensive travel in the US required.

 

Requirements:

• 5 years of experience as Pre Sales Engineer or a similar customer-facing role, preferably selling enterprise IT solutions and storage.

• Experienced in establishing and managing customer relations; exceptional communication & people skills.

• Strong communication skills, ability to communicate and present to the customers.

• Proven ability to build and mentor technical teams.

• Experience managing RFP responses.

• Self-motivated, comfortable in the dynamic atmosphere of a technical organization.

• Team player.

 

Advantage:

• B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Exact-Sciences/Engineering

• Previous working experience with EMC’s storage and replication product lines.

• Background in Sales within the Storage domain (SAN/NAS).

QA Engineer

 
Key responsibilities:

• Write and execute test cases (with a focus on Test Automation)

• Lab configuration and maintenance

 

Requirements should include:

• At least 2 years of experience in Software and System Testing (Manual & Automation)

• Ability to function autonomously and work through ambiguity and rapid change

• Strong communication skills and effective multi-task skills

• Excellent trouble shooting skills

• Self-motivated and ability to deal with ambiguity to solve problems

• Good attention to detail and passion for quality

• Excellent English and will to travel abroad

• Knowledge of storage technologies – Big advantage

• Knowledge of UNIX/LINUX -  Advantage

• IT experience -  Advantage

• Previous experience working at customer sites - Advantage

• Lab configuration and maintenance
